If the actual base unit needs to be repaired, we can get this done for you swiftly via this shop item. Please add the product you own to the shopping cart and at checkout, please mention the fault that you are experiencing in the customer notes.
If you have an old FP-201 proofer and want us to upgrade the electronics board and control panel to the FP-205 style while the unit is in for repair, you can purchase “repair+upgrade”. This upgrade give you the option of switching between proofing and slow cooking mode to increase the versatility of your existing proofer even further.
Once you have placed the order for a repair, we will create a repair case and will send you a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail. This is already included in the repair price. You can drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail post office at your convenience. Shipping takes 1-2 days each way and the repair also takes 1-2 days.
Please ensure you have packaged the item well so that the parcel can withstand being dropped to avoid any damage during transit (very very rarely covered by courier insurance).
